B2B Marketing Strategy Workshops

Foundry runs B2B Marketing Strategy Workshops in a ‘one-on-one’ format to help business leaders take a strategic overview, focus on brand strengths, and set achievable goals for improvement or expansion. We understand every business is different, so our B2B workshops are suitable for just one person or heads of departments, (such as sales, marketing, production, customer service and general management). These highly targeted workshops can be conducted over one, or two half-days.

We'll come to your office.

If you don't have a suitable space to hold a workshop, that’s no problem – we recommend you book a suitable local venue with tea and coffee facilities. Many hotels, libraries and community spaces have meeting rooms or boardrooms available for booking. Alternatively, you can hire our workshop venue in Newstead, Brisbane. B2B Marketing Strategy Workshops // One Day Option**

Perfect for businesses who find it difficult to get the team together at one time and can lock-off a whole day for workshopping and leave feeling ready right away.

9:30am – 12:30pm Session 1
12:30am – 1:30pm Lunch Break
1:30pm – 4:00pm Session 2

B2B Marketing Strategy Workshops // Two half-Day Option**

The best choice for businesses who prefer to take time between sessions to digest content in smaller chunks, or who can’t commit a whole day to training. Bookings can be made for two consecutive days or weeks.

Day 1 – 9:30am – 12:30pm Session 1
Day 2 – 9:30am – 1:00pm Session 2

We run quarterly intimate group marketing workshops for small groups of businesses to make our workshops more accessible and generate energy and ideation. Great for start-ups or established businesses without internal marketing departments, this workshop gives practical advice on how to incorporate and strategise marketing and creative activity into the future.
